Now let’s get to the meals, and recipes! This week is a bit different since I’m doing a cleanse Monday through Wednesday so here is my Now here are my meals for the week! This weeks a little boring, but hey still can help someone right?! Ever wonder how to do a cleanse and not starve yourself… here’s HOW! A whole lot of protein and veggies… YUM! LOVE IT!
M1: Reese’s or Espresso Shake
Reese’s Shake- (Chocolate Vegan Shakeology, 1.5 cup Almond Milk, 1 teaspoon Peanut Butter)
Espresso Shake- (Chocolate Vegan Shakeology, 1 cup Almond Milk, .5 cupEspresso, 1 teaspoon Almond Butter)
M2: Gluten Free Oatmeal (with Cinnamon & Stevia) and Hard Boiled Eggs, OR Fruit Bowl
M3: Steamed Fish, Mixed Veggies (Zucchini, Summer Squash, Green Beans, or Asparagus), or Buffalo Chicken (with Rice, and Brussel Sprouts), or Leftover Steak Salad (Lettuce, Leftover Carne Asada Taco’s, Tomatoes, Guacamole, Salt & Pepper) Brian is doing Taco’s for lunches and the Buffalo Chicken with Rice the rest of the days!
M4: Ground/or Grilled Chicken, Mixed Veggies (Zucchini, Summer Squash, Green Beans, or Asparagus), with Sweet Potato OR Protein Balls, Fruit Bowls (or Apples), and Hard Boiled Eggs
M5: Hard Boiled Eggs (M-W only during the cleanse as an extra serving of protein)
M6: Grilled Chicken, Roasted Carrots & Brussel Sprouts (M-W only during the cleanse) Brian will be having Pasta, with Italian Sausage, and Marinara while I’m on the cleanse! Then on Thursday we will be doing Carne Asada Tacos, and Friday’s we usually grill or go out!
