We DID IT! We made it through our 6 week meal prep series, man was this a HARD WEEK to get it done but Brian and I meal prepped in under an hour, washed dishes and made it happen… despite a BUSY BUSY BUSY weekend!
M1: Espresso Shake
Espresso Shake- (Chocolate Vegan Shakeology, 1 cup Almond Milk, .5 cupEspresso, 1 teaspoon Almond Butter)
M2: Plantains, Scrambled Egg & Pork Sausage
M3: Cilantro Lime Grilled Chicken Salads (romaine lettuce, cole slaw, corn, chicken and guac because… DUH all the guac!) and Burgers, with Rice & Kale Chips (with my favorite Poultry Magic Seasoning)
M4: Protein Balls and Fruit
M5: Shredded Chicken Tacos, BLT’s, and Chicken Taquitos are what’s on the menu!
This week was SUPER simple, to the point and we made it happen! SO GOOD, SO EASY & NO EXCUSES!
