When it comes to simple tweaks to help your kids, or spouse, or yourself (if you’re picky eater) it’s SIMPLE! Focus on what you an do! For us, Brian is pickier than I am, but he’s come a FAR WAY! As have I, where I used to be SUCH A picky eater as well but when I went gluten free I told myself if it was gluten free I have to try at least once! Brian’s meals are modified, he gets some lunch from work, or leftovers here, brings Quest bars, and meals such as the Ricotta Chicken, he won’t have spinach in his!
