Yes, YET another mug recipe. What can I say these things are PERFECT for when cravings call, and you just want a bite of chocolate without having to heat up the oven, go to the store, cook, wait an hour, and then eat it. This takes all of 2 minutes from prep, to cooking to eating! So without further ado.
Molten Chocolate Mug Cake (Gluten, Grain, Dairy Free & Paleo)
*2 tbs Cocoa/Cacao (Or I used NYSM Superfood Chocolate Mix: Be Cozy) Protein powder would probably work too I shall try!
*1 tbs Honey or Agave
*Dash of Cinnamon
*Coconut oil to grease the bowl/mug
*I added in some enjoy life chocolate chips (Optional)
Directions- (I told you its easy right!)
Mix it all up, stir slowly or else you’ll be covered in cocoa powder! Cook in the microwave for 1 minute, or until cooked!
